Will the ribbon I receive all be perfectly uniform?
Custom blending of pigments during the dyeing process as well as the hand finishing involved in tearing and fraying the silk for our ribbons means that there will be small differences, making each ribbon beautifully unique. Our limited edition marbled ribbons are even more varied, as every strip of silk has a completely unique gradient of colour.
When will my order be shipped out?
All of our products are made to order by hand and to order, as such the production time for silk ribbons is 3 to 5 business days.
What if I require a rush order?
Please email us at email@example.com with the pieces you're interested in as well as the date that you require them on hand and we'll do our very best to accommodate.
Do you ship outside of Canada and the United States?
Yes! We now offer a flat $25 shipping rate outside of Canada and the United States. Please not that this shipping option does not include tracking information and will take upwards of 12 business days (plus processing time) for delivery. For rush orders please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details and address and we'll get back to you with a shipping quote. Please note that you will be responsible for any duties and taxes due at import.
How will my parcel be shipped?
All shipments will be mailed via Canada Post and USPS. For special expedited shipping with tracking please email email@example.com prior to placing your order.
What about wholesale pricing and discounts for large orders?
Because of the labour intensive process involved in creating our ribbons and other goods we're currently not able offer wholesale pricing. However we are happy to provide a 10% discount on orders of silk ribbons over $250 (styling kits and table runners not included). Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out our Custom Order Form and let us know what colours, sizes and quantity you need.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the custom nature of each order, all sales are final.
